Xiangjie Kong (Kong)

Kong is an early industry pioneer. In the 1990s, he was the first to apply the principles of near field testing to PCCP mains. This research ultimately resulted in the development of a comprehensive suite of technologies that have been used to assess 1000s of miles of transmission mains worldwide with electromagnetic and acoustic based technologies. This experience has led Kong to Insight Water Technologies where he is using his personal knowledge to build condition assessment tools that provide the perfect balance of resolution, practicality, and cost efficiency.

Edward Padewski

Ed has been inspecting and  performing engineering evaluation of pressure pipe for more than two decades. He has implemented a wide variety of nondestructive condition assessment tools on pressure pipelines and knows what it takes to successfully execute these complex projects. His familiarity with pipeline and pump station operations, is critical to successfully completing these inspections.
